Session Start Time Update- ECC Kats MeetALL FRIDAY EVENTS ARE POSITIVE CHECK-IN. Circle in sheets will be posted on the glass wall by the timing booth- if an athlete forgets to circle in, or shows up late, we will do our best to fit them into an empty lane, but we will not be adding extra heats. If you think an athlete might show up, please circle them in- there is no penalty for a no show on Friday.
