Meet Announcements for all meets must be sent to [email protected] by 10/31. Any meet currently posted on the Meet Calendar after January 1, 2026, that does not have a meet announcement will be removed from the calendar. Exceptions to this will include Niagara-sponsored meets such as Niagara PowerPoint, Silvers, Golds, etc.

Club Board of Directors/Coaches/Club Safe Sport Chairs need to be updated in SWIMS. To do this, visit the USA Swimming Hub. Anyone with questions should contact [email protected].

November 4, 2025, is the deadline for bidding on the 2026 Long Course Championship. Please submit your bid through the USA Swimming Hub. Anyone with questions should contact [email protected].
